Film Club

FilmClub is a national project backed financially by the Government for three years. It 'aims to bring classic and popular films to young people through a UK network of school clubs, giving pupils a chance to share their passion and discover worlds that delight, challenge and inspire.' Further details can be found on the website - http://www.filmclub.org/

In Bessacarr Primary, the project is run by Mrs Bright and supported by Mr Smeaton and is held every Friday, starting at 3:30 pm and aiming to finish around 5:15pm. The club is open to Years 4-6 and is currently full with a capacity of 40 children. Our club has Star Status and was recently presented with an award to confirm this by Rosie Winterton - our local MP!!
