Welcome to the Bessacarr Playhouse!

We are a 24 place, privately run out of school club within Bessacarr Primary School, registered and regularly inspected by Ofsted.

What we offer:

• A warm, friendly environment
• Breakfast club from 7.30am – breakfast provided
• After school club until 6.00pm – snack provided
• Holiday playscheme during school holidays/training days from 7.30am – 6.00pm

What we do:

• Provide opportunities for children to play with a wide range of resources. 
• Provide an opportunity for children to simply ‘chill out’ after a day at school, if that’s what they want to do.
• Allow children to direct their own play with a minimum of adult intervention, within health and safety guidelines.
• Spend as much time outside as we can!  We are able to use the school field for football, den building, flying kites, playing games, building with junk, jumping, skipping, running………amongst other things!

The staff:

• A committed and enthusiastic team with a wide range of backgrounds including teaching, social work, childcare and playwork.
• We are committed to ongoing training to develop our skills and keep up to date with changes in legislation.

Fees:  Breakfast Club              £5.50 per session

        After School Club        £7.00 per session

            Holiday Playscheme       £19.00 per full day

                                     £11.00 per half day
